Social Media Associate Manager (Remote) – $34 – 44 per hour

Cella is seeking a talented Social Media Strategist to support our client who is a leading global company in the Food and Beverage industry. This role will act as a bridge between internal objectives and external agency partners, translating briefs into actionable content plans. Key focus areas include social listening, trend spotting, and executing influencer campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) or Growth Marketing background (Agency experience preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Be hands-on with creative tasks: pitching ideas, writing post copy, leveraging existing content to make assets, creating memes, etc.
- Support the work with internal and external creative partners to produce content.
- Be a student of culture to stay informed on competitors, culture, technology, and social landscape. Support social listening and trend spotting.
- Execute social activations, working diligently with cross functional teams to bring creative ideas to life.
- Responsible for the content on social media channels, our comments, and ad copy to engage consumers within brand tone of voice.
- Create and manage organic and paid content calendars, ensuring content aligns with brand voice and objectives.
- Support in the planning and execution influencer and social creative productions, including briefing, concept development, reviews and scheduling.
- Deploy paid social campaigns collaboratively with media agency to vet strategy and traffic plans.
- Analyze performance of social strategy against objectives and KPIs, including content, influencer, paid media and optimize efforts to improve results.
Qualifications:
- Years of Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in social media marketing.
- You will have social media marketing experience at an agency or company.
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent with strong Social Media knowledge and experience.
- Ability to share creative ideas and work collaboratively to execute.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple workstreams across various brands.
- Finger on the pulse of culture and trends that can be shared with the larger team to identify opportunities.
- Thorough knowledge of social creative and paid social best practices as well as consumer media consumption.
