We will want to see how you use AI in your workflow and what tools you’ve built • Proven YouTube writing credentials. Long-form scripts (10+ minutes) with real performance data. Links required. We want to see where you’ve held attention at scale, driven engagement, and understood the retention curve. • Deep structural understanding of YouTube. • Exceptional storytelling instincts. • A distinct creative voice. You have a point of view. Your writing has personality. You’re not generic. • You’ve studied retention curves and made decisions based on that data. • You’ve worked with creative teams at scale & can provide direct and meaningful feedback to editors & cinematographers. • You’ve built frameworks or concepts that became reference points in comments.
