Creative Content Specialist – $2,500 – $4,500 a month

We’re looking for a Creative Content Specialist to help develop our content engine. You’ll work directly with leadership to translate our brand, strategy, offers and deals into quality content that attracts business owners. This isn’t a “post three times a week” engagement, this is a full creative partnership with real ownership and room to grow with the firm.

What You’ll Do

  • Design scroll-stopping ad creatives for Meta, LinkedIn, and Google campaigns targeting business owners
  • Produce and edit short-form and long-form video content for social, paid ads, and organic
  • Build out branded content assets, landing page visuals, email graphics, pitch decks, one-pagers, and lead magnets
  • Develop a consistent, trustworthy brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
  • Repurpose content efficiently across a variety of channels (→ email → video → reel → ad → lead magnets )
  • Collaborate on campaign strategy and bring creative concepts to the table, not just execution
  • Stay ahead of trends in B2B content, direct response advertising, and financial services marketing

You’re a Great Fit If You…

  • Have 3–5+ years of experience in creative, content, or media production, agency or in-house
  • Are proficient in the design and video editing tools of your craft. We care about the output, not which software gets you there
  • Have produced content for professional services, financial services, or B2B audiences (a big plus)
  • Are comfortable operating independently, managing your own time, tools, and deliverables

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Motion graphics or animation skills
  • Web design & development experience
  • Copywriting chops. The ability to pair visuals with punchy, effective copy
  • Understanding of M&A

Contract Details

  • Fully Remote
  • Project-based or retainer structure (open to discussion based on your preferred working style)
  • Competitive hourly or monthly rate — DOE
  • Strong performance and fit may lead to a longer-term, full-time or expanded relationship with the firm
