We’re looking for a research-driven scriptwriter who can write long-form documentary-style scripts focused on influencer drama, internet controversies, and creator downfalls.

Scripts are deep-dive documentaries, not opinion rants. Each script must follow a clear narrative arc, include receipts and source links, and be written to maximize viewer retention across 30–60+ minute videos.

Ideal Candidate

Has experience writing YouTube documentary or exposé scripts

Understands internet culture, TikTok drama, lolcows, and influencer controversies

Can structure stories around rise → controversy → fallout → aftermath

Is comfortable covering dark, controversial, or sensitive topics professionally

Knows how to write in a serious, engaging, documentary tone

Understands retention-based storytelling (hooks, pacing, cliff-hangers)

Job Requirements

Write fully scripted, long-form YouTube documentaries (30–60+ minutes)

Strong research skills with proper sourcing.

Scripts must include:

• Clear video clip references
• Multiple source links (YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, articles, etc.)

Ability to present information factually while maintaining narrative tension.

Clear formatting with sections, timestamps, and scene flow

Turnaround time: 5–7 days per script
