Job Title – IAM Technical Writer
Location – Remote in the US
Role Type – Short contract until end of January 2026. Potential for extension
Must Have Skills:
- Experience creating technical and process documentation
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, easy-to-follow documentation
- Exposure to IAM and/or cybersecurity is preferred
Responsibilities and Job Details:
- Document IAM application onboarding processes, including access requirements and workflows
- Create and maintain standards, procedures, and process documentation related to IAM
- Collaborate with IAM engineers, security teams, and application owners to gather documentation requirements
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and aligns with organizational standards
- Update existing documents as tools and processes evolve
- Organize and maintain documentation repositories for easy access and usability
- Translate complex or technical IAM and cybersecurity concepts into clear documentation for various audiences
- Support process improvement efforts by identifying documentation gaps or inefficiencies
- Engage in periodic reviews and audits of IAM documentation for quality and relevance
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation practices and templates
- Work independently while managing deadlines and deliverables
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
