We’re looking for a Copywriter with deep expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid media to join our performance marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative strategy, data-driven decision making, and persuasive storytelling. You’ll lead the ideation and development of high-performing ad creatives — from concept to copy — with a strong focus on performance outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in direct response copywriting (preference in health and/or supplement niche)
- Proven ability to write high-converting Meta ad copy
- Understanding of Meta ads strategy: hooks, angles, testing, and audiences
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
- English fluency and excellent grammar/spelling
- Positive, growth-oriented mindset — ready to become a lead copywriter over time
What You’ll Do:
Creative Development & Execution
- Develop high-performing acquisition ads based on strategic direction, translating concepts into compelling copy that drives results
- Collaborate with the Creative Strategist in feedback sessions, iterating quickly to optimize performance
- Proactively pitch innovative creative concepts and approaches you believe will move the needle on acquisition goals
Copywriting & Content Development
- Write engaging, conversion-focused copy for static, video, and carousel ad formats across Meta platforms.
- Craft persuasive headlines, primary text, CTAs, and short-form scripts that resonate with specific audience segments.
- Maintain and adapt brand voice across creative assets while tailoring messaging for various funnel stages.
