About Us
0xLancerLab is a fast-moving software and web3 development studio. We help clients build modern applications, AI tools, and blockchain products. As our client work grows, we’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who can support our client-facing operations across multiple freelancing platforms and social channels.
Role Overview
You’ll work closely with our clients and internal team to handle communication, manage project coordination, and represent 0xLancerLab across freelancing platforms (Upwork, Toptal, Fiverr, etc.) and social media (Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn). The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, and comfortable talking with clients in a professional, friendly way.
This role is part admin, part client success, part social-media support.
Key Responsibilities
Freelancing Platform Management (Upwork, Toptal, Fiverr, etc.)
Respond to client messages quickly and professionally.
Help manage proposals, project applications, follow-ups, and scheduling.
Keep client profiles updated with new case studies, job history, and portfolio items.
Track ongoing contracts, deadlines, and deliverables.
Assist with gathering requirements from clients and passing them to the engineering team.
Client Communication Support
Join calls when needed to take notes or coordinate next steps.
Handle follow-up messages, reminders, and project updates.
Maintain professional relationships and keep communication clean and timely.
Social Media Support (Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.)
Help schedule posts related to software updates, product releases, and company news.
Maintain consistent brand presence across social platforms.
Respond to comments or message inquiries as instructed.
Track engagement and prepare simple weekly summaries.
General Administrative Work
Manage email inboxes and route messages to the right team members.
Assist with basic documentation, data entry, and file organization.
Set up meetings, coordinate calendars, and follow up on pending tasks.
Required Skills
Strong written and spoken English.
Experience working as a Virtual Assistant or client-facing coordinator.
Familiarity with Upwork, Toptal, Fiverr, or other freelancing platforms.
Good understanding of Facebook, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn workflows.
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple ongoing conversations.
Confident communicator with a positive, helpful attitude.
Ability to work independently, hit deadlines, and communicate issues early.
Bonus Skills (nice to have)
Experience in a tech/software startup.
Basic knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Notion, Jira, Asana).
Facebook, Upwork etc accounts.
Light social-content creation skills (drafting simple posts or updates).
Understanding of the software development process.
