Copywriter, Apex Systems – $35 – $40 /hr
Position Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented consumer-focused Copywriter to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Pet/Veterinary or vitamins/supplements brands, who will be responsible for crafting compelling and persuasive copy across various platforms, including advertisements, social media, and website content, aimed at engaging our B2C audience and driving conversions.
This is a fully remote, 10-20 hours per week assignment for 3 months to start, with a high potential to extend.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and write engaging copy for advertisements, social media, and digital campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive messaging that aligns with overall marketing strategies.
- Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends and target demographics to inform copy creation.
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure it is clear, concise, and free of errors before publication.
- Continuously optimize copy based on performance metrics and user feedback to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2C copywriting, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and effective communication styles for each.
