- Four-Hat Writing
- Progress / regress / emotional shift
- Macro payoff + micro payoffs
- Writes in a conversational, punchy style
- Can structure videos backwards (start with payoff → build hook)
- Understands educational pacing:
- Make the viewer feel smart
- Engage before explaining
- Metaphor → clue → payoff
- Has experience in business, tech, finance, AI, or similar educational niches
- Can match my tone (direct, operator-style)
