As a writer at Ologie, you’ll draw on your solid experience, along with your passion for storytelling, as you flex your writing skill across mediums and styles — from punchy headlines to thoughtful long-form pieces.
You can handle multiple projects simultaneously, and you work well both individually and teamed up with other creatives. You write original copy from strategic insights, incorporate direction from your project leads, and revise deliverables to ensure the strongest work possible.
You’re a conceptual thinker who can bring ideas to life. You collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and account leads to develop compelling, brand-aligned content that makes an impact. You’re someone with an urge to advance their creative skillset.

- Work effectively and collegially alongside other writers, our in-house editorial director, designers, and creative leads.
- Carry out bold ideas and creative writing in a timely manner — thinking, writing, editing and managing content efficiently, and meeting all internal and client deadlines.
- Incorporate copy direction, edit your work, and refine it to its final form for delivery.
- Present work, including approach and rationale, both internally and externally.
- Contribute to content strategy and creative brainstorming sessions, helping shape copy direction and narrative approach.
- Stay informed about industry trends, storytelling techniques, and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of messages.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned, consistent with the objectives and scope of the role.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Experience in higher education, healthcare, nonprofit, or cause-driven marketing is desired.
