The Role
We are looking for a LinkedIn Community Manager who knows how to make an impact on the platform. You will manage the organic growth and engagement of multiple executive and company accounts, ensuring they are active, credible, and consistently adding value in their industries.
You will not be doing this alone. You will work closely with our Brand Strategist to shape messaging and voice, and you will partner with our Design Team to bring visuals to life. Your role is about connecting the dots, bringing content to the feed, and making sure our clients stand out where it matters most.
What You Will Do
- Content Management and Publishing
- Build and manage posting calendars across multiple LinkedIn accounts
- Collaborate with the Brand Strategist to align posts with messaging, ICPs, and campaign strategy
- Partner with the Design Team to brief and coordinate graphics, visuals, and creative assets
- Repurpose blogs, podcasts, newsletters, and videos into engaging LinkedIn posts
- Write captions that sound authentic to each executive’s or brand’s voice
- Engagement and Relationship Building
- Monitor accounts daily to respond to comments, questions, and direct messages
- Actively engage with industry conversations to grow visibility and credibility
- Build networks strategically with the right prospects, partners, and influencers
- Reporting and Insights
- Track performance of posts, engagement trends, and follower growth
- Deliver monthly reports with clear takeaways and recommendations
- Share creative ideas to keep content fresh and effective
What You Bring
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn accounts for executives or brands
- Experience creating content for B2B or professional services audiences
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different voices
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and calendars at once
- A people-first approach with a genuine interest in building conversations and relationships online
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Analytics or tools like Shield
- Creativity in repurposing content into high impact social posts
Nice to Have
- Skills in Canva or Adobe tools for quick design needs
- Knowledge of CRM or project management platforms such as Go High Level or Monday.com
Salary and Benefits
– Salary Range (Remote, US-based): $45,000 to $60,000 per year (depending on experience)
