Social Media Manager
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Handler to manage and grow our brand presence across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement, with a proven track record of increasing visibility and engagement. This role requires a combination of creativity and strategy, along with strong communication skills, to effectively represent our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Create engaging and original content, including posts, stories, reels, and graphics, tailored to platform trends.
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to messages/comments, and foster community engagement.
- Track analytics, prepare reports, and optimize strategies for improved reach and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, hashtags, and social media best practices.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Handler, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media tools, analytics, and scheduling platforms.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Familiarity with SEO, influencer outreach, and content marketing.
- Prior experience in brand marketing, PR, or digital growth campaigns.
Work Schedule
- This is a remote, full-time position.
- Working hours will align with USA business hours.
- In Pakistan Standard Time (PKT), the schedule is 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 60,000 per month (with performance-based incentives)
