This is our Content Strategist role for idea generators, planning geniuses, and natural-born analysts.

Tasks in the role

  • Creating campaign strategy, messaging, and concepts that match the brand’s customer personas

    Agencies and clients: Looking for writers and editors?

    Post a job about: Writing / copy editing / copywriting / social media management / virtual assistance (computing tasks)

    Creating customer journey maps and outlining the content assets for each marketing campaign

  • Managing content creation for developing the marketing funnel and supporting team projects

  • Working in close collaboration with campaign managers and channel owners for smooth coordination and campaign execution

  • Elaborating and executing a content marketing strategy for a department, aligning it with the company’s content strategy

  • Auditing existing content and analyzing competitors’ tactics to identify areas for improvement

  • Monitoring key metrics and analyzing content performance

  • Using AI tools to assist in creating, perfecting, automating, and optimizing content for various digital platforms, including landing pages, advertising assets, campaign messaging, and email content

Who we are looking for

  • Experience in managing content and developing strategies across multiple marketing channels

  • Experience using AI tools for content creation and optimization

  • Strong understanding of AI prompting engineering to achieve a consistent content output to aid delivery speed

  • Able to manage and deliver several projects in parallel

  • Good understanding of the diverse needs of customers across different funnel stages

  • Combination of marketing and editorial mindset with strong client-facing skills, understanding of audience needs, and value-based approach

  • Great analytical skills and an ability to make data-driven decisions

  • Significant SEO knowledge

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills

  • Excellent writing and editorial skills

Not required, but a plus

  • Native English speaker

  • A mix of B2B and B2C experience
