Web Content Writer, Robert Half – $47.50 to $55 per hour

We are seeking a Web Content Writer to join our team in HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colorado. In this role, you will be a critical part of our creative team, focusing on the production of effective copy for customer communications and interactions across a variety of digital and offline platforms. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Craft engaging, persona-centered content for various digital and offline platforms including print communications, email, websites, and customer service scripts.
• Utilize customer insights, keyword research, and messaging themes to plan effective content.
• Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to understand requirements and create content for communications and interactions.
• Apply principles of behavioral science to develop content that positively influences customer behavior.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work to meet agreed deadlines.
• Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Maintain brand voice and tone across all content and communication channels.
• Work with marketing teams to publish content within the content management systems.
• Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research and content optimization.
• Develop and implement methods to measure the impact of content on customer behavior and engagement.
• Use analytics tools to measure the performance of content and make data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.• Proficiency in Assertion Markup Language
• Experience with Content Management System (CMS)
• Knowledge of database management
• Proven experience in creating editorial content
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems
• Ability to create engaging advertisements
• Strong understanding of AP Style writing
• Experience in blogging and creating brand awareness
• Knowledge of design controls
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field is preferred.
