The main function of the content quality reviewer is to edit and proofread content from the Help Center Team including help center articles, common responses, automated responses, chat snippets, etc., for accuracy and content standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write or update Help Center content in response to product updates, as needed.
  • Work with cross-functional partners on content, communicate progress and implement feedback.
  • Auditing help center articles for quality and implementing fixes for accuracy.
  • Updating articles based on a specific criteria, paying attention to special guidance and instructions as written.
  • Deprecating content, following a deprecation and redirect plan to ensure the best user experience.
  • Submit articles for translations and respond to queries from translators as necessary.
  • Managing multiple projects at once with awareness of deadlines and shifting priorities as needed.
  • Tracking outcomes of project work for measurement.
