WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Strategic creative thinker and leader with an emphasis on language. Responsible for institutional knowledge of brand language and  its consistency and application. Completely owns one or more work-streams. Is a trusted partner to clients, BL and strategists. Works alongside strategy and BLs to shape briefs/strategic approach. Owns, develops and directs overarching ideas. Has oversight over creative teams from ACD on down. Guides, shapes and develops ideation from subordinates. Manages inter-team issues, guides subordinates toward advancement, collaborates on team capabilities and structures, identifies problem areas and opportunities and works with teams across the agency to create solutions.
